The arbitration shall take place in Wake County, North Carolina, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Renu Health & Fitness waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other rights that may be harmed before arbitration can be completed.

For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, or for any court action permitted under this section, you and Renu Health & Fitness agree that the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
